Membership

JayT’s Music memberships are billed monthly in advance at the price shown at checkout. Membership provides access to the members-only music library and other member features made available on the site.

Payments

Payments are processed through the payment provider shown at checkout. Charges are billed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion or other fees.

Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation stops future recurring charges. You will continue to have access through the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

Use of the Music and Website

All songs, recordings, lyrics, arrangements, artwork, band concepts, and other original content on JayT’s Music are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Membership provides personal listening access only. Content may not be copied, redistributed, resold, republished, uploaded elsewhere, or used commercially without permission.

AI-Assisted Performances

JayT writes the songs, lyrics, musical concepts, and arrangements presented on this site. AI music tools are used to perform and produce the finished recordings through the distinct band identities featured on JayT’s Music.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for activity that occurs through your account.

Availability

We work to keep the website and music library available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Features, songs, and site content may be updated or changed over time.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated when needed. The version posted on this page is the current version.

Digital Music Purchases

Digital music purchased from JayT’s Music is provided as a downloadable MP3 for the purchaser’s personal, non-commercial use. Purchase does not transfer copyright or ownership of the music. Files may not be copied for distribution, resold, uploaded, shared, sublicensed, or otherwise commercially exploited without written permission from the copyright owner.
